1. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The Client will receive an order number by email confirming that their Order has been successfully processed. The Client will be informed of the various stages of their Order via email.
Shipments are announced to the Client by email, sent to the address provided in their client account.
Using the shipment number, the Client can track their package on the carrier’s website.

The Client is responsible for providing all necessary and accurate details to ensure the proper delivery of their Order (e.g., access code, delivery instructions).

If the Client is absent at the time of delivery, a notice will inform them of the procedures for holding and collecting their package, under the full and exclusive responsibility of the carrier.

A delivery slip is included in the package, summarizing the items ordered and actually delivered.

The Client assumes full and exclusive responsibility for the risk of loss or damage to the items from the time of delivery.

2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Items are delivered to the address indicated by the Client at the time of the Order, no later than the estimated delivery date shown during the Order process and depending on the country of delivery.
The average delivery time is between 30 and 60 days. ALMIRA undertakes to ensure that delivery is made within a maximum of 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the order.

In case of a delay beyond this maximum period, the Client may contact ALMIRA Customer Service to request delivery within an additional reasonable period.
If this new deadline is not met, the Client may terminate the contract by email or letter and request a full refund of the Order.

The contract—and thus the sale—will be considered terminated upon receipt by ALMIRA of the email or letter from the Client stating their decision, unless delivery has occurred between the sending and receipt of that communication.

If the Order is definitively cancelled, the Client will be refunded the full amount paid within 14 days following the cancellation notice.

Each delivery is deemed completed once the package is made available to the Client, in particular by the carrier, as evidenced by the carrier’s tracking system.

If the package is damaged or the item does not match the Client’s Order, the Client must initiate the return procedure described in Article 11 within 30 calendar days of shipment.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN PROCEDURES

3.1 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, and French Law No. 2014-344 of 17 March 2014, as transposed in Articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the item(s), without needing to justify the decision or pay any penalties.

According to these Terms & Conditions, ALMIRA offers an extended withdrawal period of 30 calendar days. This period expires 30 days after the day on which the Client or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Client physically receives the Order.

To exercise this right, the Client must notify ALMIRA of their decision to withdraw via an unambiguous statement sent to:

The Client may also fill out and send the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement to the following email address:

If the Client uses this option, ALMIRA will send an acknowledgment of receipt without delay, on a durable medium (e.g., by email).

After notifying ALMIRA of their withdrawal, the Client must return the item(s) concerned within 14 days of that notification.
This deadline is considered met if the Client sends back the item(s) before the 14-day period expires.

Any request for withdrawal made after the 30-day deadline will not be accepted.

Only new, unworn, and undamaged items will be refunded. The item must be returned in its original packaging or, if not available, in packaging providing equivalent protection.

The return can be made by postal mail.

3.2 Return Procedures

Returns by mail:
Under no circumstances will ALMIRA reimburse postage costs for returns paid directly by the Client to the postal service.

The Client must send their return package to the following address:

Once the returned item(s) have been inspected, ALMIRA commits to refunding the Client as quickly as possible following the withdrawal notice.

In the absence of receipt of the item(s) or proof of shipment within this period, ALMIRA reserves the right to delay the refund until the item(s) are recovered or proof of shipment is provided by the Client.

The full amount paid for the returned item(s), including shipping fees, will be refunded to the Client (excluding any additional fees incurred by choosing a delivery method more expensive than ALMIRA's standard shipping option), via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The Client will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

To track their return, the Client may use the tracking number provided by the carrier.
